Relax w Terenie — holiday resort

Context

Relax w Terenie is a holiday resort that combines two things rarely found together in one place: good food and outdoor recreation. Accommodation, bike rentals, a playground, a terrace with a view, and on-site dining. For families, for couples looking to get away from the city, for groups of friends on a weekend trip.

In tourism, the website is often the client's only contact with the resort before deciding to book. It has to make a good first impression.

Scope of work

• Visual design, natural, calm, matching the resort's character
• Implementation, WordPress with sections for accommodation, the menu, recreation, and booking
• Booking feature, integration of a reservation system for the resort's services
• Online ordering, the ability to order dishes without leaving the terrace
• Technical support, ongoing care after launch

Why the booking feature matters

For a holiday resort, no online booking means lost bookings. A client who has to call often drops out halfway through. A client who clicks "book" and fills out a form has fewer chances to back out. Shortening the path works.

Ongoing care

A holiday resort operates year-round: intensively in season, more quietly off-season, but always. The website has to run without interruption, because one day of downtime in season means real lost bookings. That's why I provide ongoing technical support: updates, monitoring, and handling requests.
