Studio Pilates Cieszyn is a project by Joanna Kościuk, a certified pilates instructor with a diploma from Balanced Body USA (the Comprehensive Pilates program). The studio is located at ul. Błogocka 34 in Cieszyn and stands out thanks to its professional, advanced equipment: reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel. That equipment makes it possible to work at a level far beyond regular mat exercises.

Pilates is not "fitness for everyone". It is a method that requires qualified instructors and proper equipment. The clients who walk into a studio like this are people who understand the difference between a gym class and working with a certified instructor.
