Context

A Dong is one of the oldest Vietnamese restaurant chains in the Krakow region and Silesia. Authentic Far Eastern cuisine run by chefs from Vietnam, and that is a real differentiator at a time when every second "Asian" restaurant is run by owners who have never been to Asia.

The chain covers four locations: Modlniczka, Wegrzce, Niepolomice, Bielsko-Biala. Each has its own regulars, its own reviews, its own history. Across all locations they have gathered over 1,600 Google reviews with an average of 4.5/5, and that carries real weight.

Scope of work

  • Website design: a consistent layout for the four-restaurant chain
  • Implementation: WordPress with dedicated sections per location
  • Bilingual version: PL/EN for tourists and foreign residents
  • Online ordering integration: link to the s4honline.pl system

Four locations

Each location needs its own section with details: address, phone, hours, directions, parking. But all four share one brand, one menu, one quality standard.

LocationAddressPhone
Modlniczkaul. Handlowcow 1312 626 10 30
Wegrzceul. Warszawska 45732 599 999
Niepolomiceul. Kolejowa 3797 591 763
Bielsko-Bialaul. Warszawska 183780 529 715

Lunch menu as a hook

Lunch menu Mon-Fri 12:00-15:00 for 36.50 PLN is a concrete offer that pulls in people working nearby. Main course, rice, and salad. Fast, tasty, affordable. The site surfaces this offer clearly, which matters for midday traffic.

Online orders via s4honline

For customers who want takeout: integration with s4honline.pl, a popular restaurant ordering system. The customer does not need to call or write. Click, pick, order, wait. A 21st-century standard.

Bilingual (PL/EN)

The English version is a deliberate business decision. Krakow draws a large flow of tourists looking for authentic food, expats living locally, and corporate clients searching for "where to eat in Krakow". The EN version opens A Dong to that segment.

Social media distributed per location

An interesting marketing strategy: instead of one central social media profile, A Dong has separate Facebook and Instagram profiles for each location: @adong_modlniczka, @adong_wegrzce, @adong_niepolomice, @adong_bielskobiala. Plus a central TikTok @restauracja_a_dong.

I designed the site so that links to the right profiles sit next to the matching locations. A customer from Modlniczka lands on the Modlniczka profile, not Bielsko.

1,600+ reviews as social proof

This is the strongest argument you can have in food service. 1,600 reviews with a 4.5 average means: thousands of people have eaten here, most were satisfied, the restaurant has been operating for a long time and consistently delivers quality. The site communicates this from the first click.

Outcome

A Dong got a consistent showcase for a chain of four locations that serves both local customers and tourists. A customer searching for authentic Vietnamese food in Krakow or Bielsko-Biala lands here and quickly finds their nearest location.
